Our
Story
Groundwater Collective, a non-profit organization, was founded in response to the shifting landscape of work and community life. We recognized a growing need to humanize change in the workplace with an approach that prioritized collective wisdom, deep listening, and relational care. Our name, chosen with deep purpose and intention, reflects our belief that skilled facilitation can sustain, repair and nourish Well Culture —a resourced culture rooted in connection, care, and collective wisdom.
Over time, our vision expanded beyond traditional workspaces, in response to the need for spaces of healing, belonging, and authentic connection. Today, Groundwater Collective brings people together to explore new ways of relating beyond the arbitrary boundaries of work and life. We believe that by digging deeper, harvesting symbolic wisdom, and coming into right relationship with each other and the planet, we can co-create a more compassionate world.
Our
Approach
By co-creating experiences with participants, we tap into the deep wisdom of groups. We steward energy and flow to ensure that participation, conversation, and decision-making emerge in ways that support collective well-being. Just as natural groundwater sustains ecosystems, our facilitation experiences nurture communities and organizations.
We value:
-
Collective wisdom as a shared resource
-
Deep listening and brave spaces
-
Holding paradox to rediscover balance
-
Flowing with collective energy to reignite curiosity
-
Experimentation and regeneration for ourselves and Mother Earth
-
Dancing with heavy questions to remember who we are
-
Creativity, intuition, and inspiration
